Well, on this blog I'm going to have a lot of fun features. one of them will be random definitions and translation in a different language. Here is the first one:

Word: Guava

Definition: any of numerous tropical and subtropical American trees or shrubs belonging to the genus Psidium, of the myrtle family, esp. P. guajava, bearing large, yellow, round to pear-shaped fruit, and P. littorale, bearing smaller, yellowish to deep-red, oval fruit.

Translation: (Greek) γουάβα (καρπός τροπικού δενδρυλλίου του γένους ψίδιο)

What a long translation for such a small word. Mhm.
